CNC Maze
First I went to Inventor and created a new sketch and then made a 9.5x8 inch rectangle. Then I extruded it .75 inches. After that I created the handles. They are 1x5x.25 centered on each of the 8 inch sides. Then I made the correct path from start to finish and started adding false traps.
Then over the course of a couple class periods I added more and more false traps until it was full.
After that I opened the maze up in Fusion 360. I then applied a contour clearing to both the maze and the edges.
After this I uploaded the maze file to a flash drive and took it to the CNC Router. At the router I placed my foam on the table with tape. Then I aligned the bit up with the front left corner. After that I cut the maze out.
On this project I gained a lot of knowledge on the tools in the Innovation Center. I learned even more about how to work the program Fusion 360. On the program I learned how to set up the router to cut out this maze. On the machine I learned how to set it up and then run the machine. I am overall happy about what I did and learned on this project.
